Baker Family Wines is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. BFW collects information from you at several different points on our website. As a registered user, you should expect to receive an email welcoming you to our website. As a purchaser, you should expect to receive an email confirming your order, an email confirming your shipment, an electronic receipt and a paper receipt (which accompanies your order).

As a customer of BFW, you have the option to receive BFW’ newsletters via email. We also communicate with you on a regular basis to provide requested services. We reply to your inquiries on issues relating to your account via email or phone, in accordance with your wishes.

On rare occasions, it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement. For instance, if we discovered an error during your visit to our site that prevented you from completing a purchase, we might send you an email to let you know our site is back in service. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications and they are not promotional in nature. However, you may deactivate your account.

We employ other companies to perform functions on our behalf. Examples delivering packages and processing credit card payments. They have access only to the personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

At registration, you may opt out of receiving communications from BFW. After registration, you may also opt out of receiving communications from BFW by clicking the ”Unsubscribe“ link provided in our emails to you email us at or by calling us at 855 722-9463.

In compliance with current state laws, Baker Family Wines ships to 44 states and DC – (we do not ship to:  MS, NH, UT – we can ship to consumers in Alabama in care of their local ABC store, AR, MA, MD and PA) Orders will be processed weekly on Monday's unless other arrangements have been made.

Wine orders are shipped as weather permits. To protect your wines, they will not be shipped during times of high temperatures or freezing conditions. If your order is placed on a weather hold you will receive an email from the winery with details.

All wine orders must be shipped to an address where someone over the age of 21 is available to sign for the delivery. Two delivery attempts will be made. If your wine cannot be delivered after two attempts, it will be returned to the winery and shipping costs will not be refunded to your account. To mitigate this risk, we encourage you to use a Business address for shipping.
Ground shipping is available to most states during the months of October through April only. Orders shipping 2-day Air are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for delivery during the same week. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
